Doorstep Rejections (RTO) & COD Policy

RTO Transport Fee: To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, an advance deposit of ₹150 is required. If the package is rejected or uncollected at the door, this advance is forfeited to cover the two-way air courier RTO transport fees (₹200 for 1 Combo | ₹350 for 2 Combos).
