Q: How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

We use a partial COD system. You pay a ₹150 advance deposit online at checkout to verify your delivery address and contact number. The remaining balance is collected at your doorstep when the delivery executive arrives. Standard shipping is 100% Free across India.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after booking?

You can cancel your order for a 100% instant refund by emailing support@tuufam.com on the same day before the package is packed. Once the shipment is handed over to our courier partners, cancellations cannot be processed.

Q: How do size exchanges work?

We provide size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed t-shirts with original tags attached. Reach out to support@tuufam.com with your Order Number to initiate a size replacement.

Q: How often do you restock your drops?

Most TUUFAM releases are limited-run production drops and are retired once inventory sells out. Only core blank foundations receive scheduled restocks.

Q: Do you offer custom alterations?

No. All garments are pre-cut to our signature 240 GSM drop-shoulder boxy streetwear fit. Please consult the Size Chart on the product page prior to purchase.
