1. Purchase Terms & Allocation Limits
TUUFAM operates as an independent label producing limited-batch streetwear. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer, household, or credit card to prevent bulk reselling and commercial duplication.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- 100% Prepaid: Secured via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. Prepaid transactions qualify for instant promotional discounts at checkout.
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): Requires a non-refundable advance deposit of ₹150 paid at checkout, with the remaining balance collected at delivery.
3. Final Sale & Logistics Recovery Terms
Due to reverse-logistics overheads in apparel e-commerce:
- Failed Deliveries & Doorstep Rejections (RTO): Combo orders rejected or uncollected at the customer's delivery location incur a two-way logistics deduction (₹200 for 1 Combo, ₹350 for 2 Combos). For prepaid orders, this fee is deducted before processing your remaining refund balance. For Cash on Delivery orders, the ₹150 advance confirmation deposit is fully non-refundable and forfeited to absorb courier transit costs.
- Size Exchanges: Supported within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments retaining all original tags intact. Color or product swaps are excluded.
4. Intellectual Property
All lookbook imagery, product mockups, brand assets, site architecture, and garment patterns featured on tuufam.com are the exclusive intellectual property of TUUFAM. Unauthorized usage, mirroring, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark law.
