  • 10-Digit Mobile Number (for OTP confirmation and courier delivery updates)
  • Email Address (for digital invoices and dispatch tracking)

2. OTP Verification & Automated Notifications

For Partial COD bookings, automated One-Time Passwords (OTP) are delivered via SMS or WhatsApp to ensure phone authenticity. Following order confirmation, your contact credentials are used strictly by our logistics partners for automated transit alerts.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

TUUFAM does not store, process, or view credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. All transactions route directly through PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted payment gateways.

4. Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal data to external advertising networks. To request complete deletion of your customer profile and address records from our database, email support@tuufam.com.
