1. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are processed and packed at our studio in Ludhiana, Punjab. Orders dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours from order verification. Once handed over to our courier partners, automated dispatch alerts with live tracking links will be sent directly via WhatsApp and Email.
2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Rates
Standard Express Shipping is 100% Free across all pin codes in India. Estimated delivery schedules after dispatch:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India & Regional Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol
To prevent automated spam bookings and cover outward freight commitments, all COD orders require a small advance token deposit of ₹150 paid online at checkout. The remaining balance is collected in cash or via delivery-agent UPI QR code upon physical doorstep handover.
4. Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete address details, landmark information, and an active 10-digit mobile number. TUUFAM is not liable for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect PIN codes or phone unreachability. Shipments returned due to invalid address inputs require a re-shipping fee before a secondary dispatch attempt.
